Some vehicles learn them just by driving. Can be done by tool that most tire shops have. If a tire shop is not able to test them before installing, then steer clear from them. They do not have to be installed to test battery or function. Some vehicles can be done by yourself (read owners manual or search YouTube). Go to dealership to have done.
