Sensors are installed in a special test chamber to simulate operating environment and then checked for battery level, signal strength, pressure & temperature reading accuracy, and proper activation. Sensor body inspected for cracks and separations. Pressure sensor port inspected for blockage. Valve body inspected for bends, damaged threads, and excessive corrosion. Inside valve body checked for seized valve cores. Entire sensor cleaned of excess dirt, grime, and tire dust. All of our TPMS sensors are fully guaranteed for 30 days. May fit other models. OEM type sensors have a unique ID that must be “relearned” by your vehicle’s t ire p ressure m onitoring s ystem (TPMS) once they are installed. The procedure varies from one vehicle to the next and ranges in complexity. Most major tire shops and service stations will be equipped to complete the relearn once installed.
