It is updated to 2016 and the tool seems function as it should and i took several pics of the tool operating. There is a imperfection on the screen but it does not effect the function of the tool. The 2 locking tabs on the case are broke off but the case will close just fine. Comes with everything that tool originally came all instructions , along with transfer cables and obd 2 plug.
